IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
Yes, MLC does have a minimum order of $200 NOT including delivery fees.
Delivery fees range from $65 and up depending on mileage and your event location's proximity to our warehouse
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please fill out our "contact us" page to inquire about any rentals and MLC will contact you to finalize any questions, dates, event address, and any other details needed for a rental quote
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
All rentals are for 12 hours. This allows time for early delivery as well as after event pick up.
If you wish to rent the item for additional days, a new rental fee will be applied.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
MLC requires at least 6 months time for reserving your items to ensure they are available on your special day.
For larger events we recommend reservations at least 1 year in advance.
RENTALS LESS THAN 1 MONTH WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $50
on top of your RENTAL AND DELIVERY COSTS.
Upon Reservation and Completion of Rental Agreement
A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is REQUIRED
This Deposit Insures your Date and Rental. However if something occurs and you are unable to keep your
date YOU will forfeit your Deposit.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We can change your order for similar priced items without incurring additional fees pending availability.
We do not offer refunds on deposits for items previously reserved
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
MLC requires a 50% deposit to reserve your Date. The Balance will be due within 30 DAYS prior to your event.

WITH AN ADDITIONAL $50 FEE
